Paul M. Lisnek

A television anchor/host, commentator and jury consultant, Dr. Lisnek anchors "Newsmakers" on CNN Headline News Channel, hosts "Political Update with Paul Lisnek," and is the theatre correspondent for "Prime Time Chicago," all on the Comcast Network, CN100.  Paul is also the political analyst for WGN-TV appearing regularly on the morning and noon news programs.  He can also be seen and heard as a legal and political expert on Court TV (now Tru TV), CNN, Canada's C-TV, and numerous radio stations around the country and Canada.  He has been featured on NBC News' Today Show and Nightly News, MSNBC, CNBC, MTV, and has been seen on House Hunters-Chicago Edition on HG-TV.

Through his years as a television anchor and host, Paul has interviewed literally thousands of political, entertainment and social figures.
 Among them include Senator Barack Obama, President Jimmy Carter, Tom Brokaw, Olympia Dukakis, and a myriad of members of Congress, both federal and state. His regular radio appearances include  US99 (Chicago), "Beyond the Beltway with Bruce Dumont", a nationally syndicated show, Paul Harris Show (St. Louis), Jay Allen’s Show (Sacramento), and NPR’s “Talk of the Nation” among many other stations. Paul has filmed a cameo for the movie "Were the World Mine" to debut in 2008 and has also produced several CD's including jazz great Spider Saloff's "Like Glass" and Alexandra Billings "The Story Goes On" in addition to several plays produced in Chicago.

Paul is co-founder and CEO of Decision Analysis, one of the nation's leading trial consulting firms with offices in Los Angeles, Chicago, and San Francisco.  He is the former assistant dean of Loyola University Chicago School of Law and serves as an Ethics Commissioner (and chairman for Inquiry) for the Illinois Attorney Disciplinary Commission, an Illinois Supreme Court appointment.  He is the author of more than 12 books and numerous video and audio programs.
