COURTROOM

The Hidden Jury
And Other Secret Tactics Lawyers Use To Win
by Dr. Paul M.
Lisnek
 |
The latest book from Dr. Lisnek exposes
the truth about mock juries and other tactics that lawyers and trial
consultants use to mold trials to their benefit. Drawing on
insights gained from high-profile cases as the O.J. Simpson trial,
Whitewater and Heidi Fleiss trials, the work goes behind the scenes of
the American justice system to reveal who are the most powerful people
in today’s jury trials, and how their opinions shape the outcome of a
trial. |
"The
curious—layperson and lawyer alike—will find the book illuminating."
—Carol Moseley Braun, Former U.S. Senator, U.S. Ambassador to New
Zealand and Prosecutor
"A frank look at the way lawyers look for biased jurors—and why people
think the justice system at times does not seem to work."
—Linda B. Kenney, trial attorney and television commentator
